Meet Cheryl Obijiski! After a move from Maryland, Cheryl Obijiski chose Catawba Valley and the Newton area because she loves the small-town atmosphere. Prior to her career in real estate, Cheryl owned and operated a home improvement company for twenty-five years. She has vast knowledge of home construction and renovation. Now, throughout her eight years as a real estate agent, buyers have appreciated her knowledge and experience when previewing homes. Cheryl enjoys sharing her practical understanding of the real estate market with first time home buyers. One of her most memorable moments in real estate was during a final walk through. Meet Bryan Heyl! "Hello, my name is Bryan Heyl. I have lived and worked in Catawba County since 2003. This community has become home to me and my family. I have a wife, 3 kids and 2 grandkids so far!! Most of our spare time is spent visiting and checking out all the areas this great state of North Carolina has to offer.
