Agent Spotlight on Carolyn Bolden

Carolyn Bolden has lived in the Catawba Valley area all her life, and this is the area she truly knows and loves. She enjoys the country atmosphere and the ability to easily drive to the mountains.

Carolyn has been a licensed real estate professional for over 22 years and counting. One of Carolyn’s favorite arts of her job is showing houses and meeting new people, and she loves having the opportunity to work with first time home buyers. If she wasn’t a real estate agent, Carolyn said she would love to be an entrepreneur and carry out her dream of flipping more houses.

Carolyn has one son, a daughter in law, 3 grandsons, and 5 granddaughters. She enjoys working hard in her career, and also working with the girls at church on various projects. When asked if there was a dream she would love to make come true one day, Carolyn replied she would love to help the less fortunate and children.

Q - What do you like best about living here in the Catawba Valley area?

A - The country atmosphere. I like to hear the history of mountain folk and I enjoy the frankness of people. I also love being able to drive to the mountains

Q - What is your most memorable sale?

A - It was a couple from Charleston. We had many fun adventures together looking for their home. 

Q - What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

A - Church activities

Q - What would you be doing if you were not helping people buy or sell homes?

A - I would love to be an entrepreneur

Q - If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?

A - I would share it with my son

A - I would love to learn how to roller skate

A - Showing houses and meeting people

A - I would love to help the less fortunate and children

A - My daddy and my brother Jack

A - Flipping houses

A - Steak, lasagna, and spaghetti

A - I would love to be able to fly

A - California and some of the national parks
