I’m Savannah Collins, a REALTOR® serving Hickory, North Carolina and the surrounding areas. I was born and raised right here in the Catawba Valley and am a proud graduate of Newton-Conover High School. This community has been home to me for as long as I can remember, and I’m grateful to now build my career here.

I chose real estate because I’m naturally a problem solver. I enjoy figuring things out, finding solutions, and helping people navigate situations that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and I want my clients to feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout the process.

I have experience working with buyers, sellers, investors, and downsizers, and I’ve learned that every client and every transaction is different. I take the time to understand what matters to each person and work to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Outside of the transaction itself, I love getting to know and share the community I call home. SavannahSellsNC is an extension of that. Through my social media and videos, I enjoy highlighting local neighborhoods, businesses, events, homes, and the people who make the Catawba Valley such a special place.

For me, real estate is about more than property. It’s about people, relationships, and the next chapter of someone’s life.
