Hi my name is John Echerd and I am a Broker for Realty Executives Hickory & LKN. I have been a teacher in public school for many years and have found a passion for helping people. Since joining real estate I have found a true passion for helping clients find their dream home or sell their current home. I work with buyers and sellers in the Catawba Valley Area.
My business is built on the commitment to my client. Coming from a background of teaching, I have a lot of experience in differentiation to the needs of individuals, and have great communication skills. A lifelong resident of Catawba County, I have vast knowledge of the area from Hickory to Lake Norman. I am fully committed to making the home buying and selling process a success each time. I work closely with buyers to carefully curate a list of properties that match their homeownership goals, saving them time and effort when finding the perfect home. My sellers enjoy the benefits of my large network. With thousands of eyes on their listings, I sell their homes quickly and efficiently.
Beyond real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, and hanging out with friends.
